Hey, what a great idea! I have a friend who has had a stroke, and uses an exercise bike to keep up his fitness. He does 10 to 15 kms per day, and marks these distances off on maps. So far he has 'travelled' around many countries, and I can envisage this idea presenting new possibilities to encourage people with similar difficulties to participate in exercise. How can we find out more?
